La Bruche, a beautiful river which draws a beautiful valley as it tumbles down the Vosges mountains and ends its course by meeting the Ill river in a district of Strasbourg called Montagne Verte (The Green Mountain).
It was the second time we had all met together, between lockdowns, in a short moment under the august sky clouds and rain, and the peace of the river.
After we went to eat giant ice creams.
One of those days, when the simplicity of being a human community, the happiness of sharing, the poetic force of the ephemeral, are one thing.
We don’t need much more.
