After Paris and New York (more precisely Broadway), the last part of his travel trilogy Götz Alsmann leads to Rome. In his endeavor to successfully breathe new life into the jazz hit, Götzi has dedicated himself this time to Italian songs. In addition to well-known and less well-known Italian hits like Paolo Contes "Azzurro" (famous in the version of Adriano Celentano), "Nel blu di pinto di blu (Volare)" or "Ciao ciao bambina", which he has eloquently translated into German as usual , with "Caprifischer" but also a German song from the 50s, which reflects the Germans' Italian feeling at the time, and the American classic "Mambo Italiano" by Rosemary Clooney. A total of 18 songs found their way on "In Rom".

The newest member of the ACT artist family is unique in many ways. Once it is the most numerous: a good 40 musicians counts the Jazzrausch Bigband to their solid line. Because otherwise - the next unique feature - would not be able to cope with an average of 120 concerts, which the ensemble now plays each year. For example, within one year they performed at the Lincoln Center in New York, at the JZ Festival Shanghai, at the Safaricom International Jazz Festival in Nairobi, at the Ural Music Night in Yekaterinburg and at the SXSW Music Festival in Austin - probably no other jazz orchestra currently so busy, in demand and successful worldwide. And no other achieves a comparably young audience, previously rather distant to jazz.

Since 1999, three "Klazz Brothers" Kilian Forster (bass), Bruno Böhmer Camacho (piano) and Tim Hahn (drums) have stood for a refreshing and innovative fusion of classical music with jazz and world music. For their albums "Classic meets Cuba" and "Mozart meets Cuba", which were recorded with the Duo Cuba Percussion, the Klazz Brothers from Dresden received the ECHO Prize in the category "Klassik ohne Grenzen" several times. With their new CD "Christmas meets Cuba 2", the five musicians are following up on the success album "Christmas meets Cuba", released in 2010, which brought international and German Christmas carols to new musical life. With a mixture of jazz swing and Latin feeling, spirited zest for life, Cuban serenity and moody melancholy, the Klazz Brothers and Cuba Percussion have recorded such classics as "White Christmas", "Silent Night" and George Michaels "Last Christmas". And here and there, prominent guest singers such as Olvido Ruiz and Tom Gaebel give the songs another special flair.

Hava Nagila, man erkennt es sofort, als musikalische Blaupause für alles Jüdisches, als eine fröhliche Party-Melodie, zu der man auf Hochzeiten, Bar Mitzvahs und sogar bei Major League Baseball Spielen tanzt. Es produziert ein wehmütiges Lächeln, Erinnerungen an vergangene Generationen… Aber der Song ist viel mehr als ein kitschiges jüdisches Märchen und schlechte Bar Mitzvah Mode. Es enthält eine komplette historische Konstellation, Werte und Hoffnungen für die Zukunft. Auf seine ganz eigene »Glaub-Es-Oder-Nicht« Art und Weise, schließt »Hava Nagila« die gesamte jüdische Reise der letzten 150 Jahre ein.
